Some thoughts about this past week in New York

To all those I had the honor of treating or guiding through my workshop at the Open Center in Manhattan, I say thank you. Thank you for having the courage to take a different path then the one provided by the entire existing medical establishment in their false presentation that pain in most cases is from structural variations found on diagnostic tests like MRIs and x-rays. Thank you for listening to your internal light that told you that no matter how many practitioners said the cause of your symptoms were structural abnormalities like herniated discs, stenosis, arthritis, mensical tears or the alike, you said this can’t be true; my heart and my mind tell me otherwise. Thank you for having such faith in me based on your awareness of my method, the Yass Method through whatever medium you found out about it. Thank you for interpreting through the information provided that there is a clear, logical understanding of what causes pain and a clear, logical understanding of how to resolve it. Thank you for once having our interaction for being so open and learning so well that there is a true theory as to why most people are having pain and through the understanding of this theory you can have your pain resolved and your return to normal function achieved in just a very short period of time. Thank you for giving me the chance to prove that the resolution of your pain and the ability to return to a full functional lifestyle is within your capacity and that there is absolutely no reason to be dependent on any medical practitioner, procedure or medication to sustain a pain-free fully functional lifestyle.

Alot of tears were shed by so many including myself when the sense that the path of pain, hopelessness and no future were coming to an end so abruptly by use of the Yass method. My sense of being the keeper of a gift that every person has the right to share in so they can end their pain was strengthened so severely by the experiences I had in both providing my workshop and treating the many patients I had the honor to do so. I hope and my goal with all of these people was not only to show them and help them resolve their pain but see that the Yass method is pure in its ability to identify the tissue eliciting the pain or other symptoms people are experiencing. The Yass method is the only method with a theoretical understanding of why people even experience pain and what causes pain. Without this understanding, going to any medical practitioner is of virtually no value because there is never an attempt to explain why the person is having pain. If you can’t answer this question and when I say what cause I mean what tissue is eliciting the pain signal, then any treatment provided is nothing more than a shot in the dark. I can’t imagine that anybody would be willing to take a chance on getting a surgery or take a medication or have a procedure performed on their body knowing that there is no theoretical reasoning behind the use of these practices.

It is weeks like the past one that reinforce my position that the Yass method must become the standard of care when diagnosing and treating pain. The existing method is a complete and utter failure because it promotes the idea that the cause of pain is due to structural variations found on diagnostic tests. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. The fact is that most pain is due to mechanical forces associated with people’s ability to perform functional tasks in a gravity environment. The forces that are required to perform the tasks must be countered by the force output of the muscles required to be used. If the force output of the muscles is less then the force requirement of the activities or tasks, a muscle will strain and elicit pain or a muscle will cause another muscle to compensate and elicit pain or a weakened or imbalanced muscle will cause misalignment of the joint surfaces of a joint that the muscles attach to leading to pain at the joint. You must recognize this as making sense and then realize that any attempt to treat your pain by addressing structural variations does nothing to alter the balance of forces presented in this scenario. This is why nobody is getting better, or you feel worse after your surgery or procedure and why you are being provided pain management or medication which attempts to do nothing more than mask your ability to experience the pain.

Please remember that the existing system will not change for you. You are going to have to change the system.
