I will be in Manhattan from November 27th thru December 1st, Monday thru Friday to provide in-person treatment utilizing the Yass method to diagnose and treat the cause of pain. The sessions are 2 hours long and are performed one-on-one. This is your chance to get the right diagnosis so the right treatment can be provided. Pain is an indication of a tissue in distress. It exists when a tissue is in distress and wants to create awareness that the tissue is not functioning properly. It is the tissue is distress that is actually emitting the symptoms being experienced. The only true way to identify which tissue is in distress is through the Yass method. The MRI is baseless and only identifies structural abnormalities like herniated discs, stenosis and arthritis which existed well before your symptoms began. It is the false and baseless notion that since the structural variation is identified at the time the symptoms began, they are the cause of the symptoms. There is absolutely no medical basis for the idea that these structural variations cause pain. It is simply cultural. You have been taught to believe this and therefore it is true. This is no different to when people threw rocks at the moon because it was thought to be an evil spirit. Science proved that to be wrong and every bit of evidence proves the MRI is baseless.

I implore you to look at the facts. You have been diagnosed with a structural variation like arthritis, a pinched nerve, stenosis, a meniscal tear, a compression fracture and the alike. What do all of these have in common? They are all the types of diagnoses that require the medical system to “assist” in treating the issue. These are not the types of issues you can resolve on your own. So they provide treatments including surgeries and yet the pain continues. As long as it continues you feel you have no alternative but to keep getting treatment. You have to stop and think for a moment. If pain is coming from the very tissue in distress that is trying to make you aware of its dysfunction and you are still having pain after all the treatments and all the “medical specialists” what is the only logical conclusion that can be inferred? The wrong tissue is being treated. And as long as that wrong tissue is something you need the medical system to address, you will keep going back for more and more and will never have your pain resolved.

Here is something you need to know. In my over 25 years of addressing pain I have proven that in more than 95 to 98% of cases of pain the cause is muscular. That means that either a muscle itself is eliciting pain, a muscle is weak or imbalanced causing misalignment of the joint surfaces at the joint the muscle attaches to causing joint pain, a muscle is referring pain like the rotator cuff can to the hand or a muscle is impinging on a nerve and the nerve is referring pain which is the “real” cause of sciatica. Not one of these causes can show up on an MRI and there is not one medical specialty educated or trained to identify or treat these types of causes. Only the Yass method can through the interpretation of the body’s presentation of symptoms. If you have altered posture and pain, they go together to indicate a muscular cause. If your pain occurs during or after you perform a functional task including sitting for prolonged periods of time, you have a muscular cause. I can’t tell you how many people have been programmed to believe that pain comes from nerves, period. Again there is no medical basis for this statement. It is simply a cultural preposition just like the moon is an evil spirit. The part of the Yass method is that when the tissue in distress is proven to be muscle, only you have the power to resolve the cause of your symptoms. You “dependence” on the medical system disappears.

If you want to end your pain and go into the New Year with a new lease on life, you need the Yass method to get the right diagnosis and right treatment. If the cause is confirmed to be muscular, you need to perform the correct targeted progressive resistance exercises which are the staple of the Yass method. This addresses just the right muscles and allows them to get stronger so they can perform your functional tasks without straining and eliciting pain. This does not takes months or years to achieve. This is weeks for most if doing the right exercises correctly. Chronic pain should simply never exist. Pain was designed to be acute and only becomes chronic due to misdiagnosis and treatment. How can you ever imagine having your pain resolved by a medical system that actually thinks chronic pain is a legitimate entity. It can’t be any more perverse than that.
