Bottomline Health article about knee pain I wrote that appeared in the August addition of the newsletter.

Here is a link to a nice article I wrote for Bottomline Health, the largest subscription newsletter in the United States. The article is about how to prevent surgery for knee pain and discusses how to properly interpret physical findings to help determine whether your knee pain is from muscular causes or structural causes. If muscular, I provide specific exercises to perform for the primary muscular causes of knee pain. If you are someone you know is having knee pain and has been diagnosed through x-ray or MRI as having arthritis or a mensical tear as the cause of their pain, please read this article. Getting an unnecessary surgery, cortisone shots, Synvisk or any other medication injected for no reason will simply prevent you from resolving your and getting your quality of life back.

Getting the right diagnosis means identifying the right tissue that is eliciting your pain. In more than 95% of cases that tissue is muscle and yet muscular causes do not show up on diagnostic tests nor is there any specialist educated to identify these types of causes. The Yass method is the only method designed to be able to identify all potential tissues, muscle, bone or nerve. Share this with someone you care about and save them from the horrors of the existing medical system. Remember, the system will not change for you. You are going to have to change the system.
